Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Your Assignment Buddy. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline our policies regarding payments, document delivery, revisions, additional charges, and our rights as a service provider. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your work.

2. Payment Policy

  • We do not require upfront payments or deposits on work that is not express
  • .We do require upfront payments on all express work.
  • Completed documents will only be delivered once full payment has been received.
  • We do not provide previews, screenshots, or partial work before payment is made.
  • If a client fails to make full payment for an assignment, we reserve the right to sell the assignment to another client without further notice.
  • A client who fails to pay for a previous work order must settle 50% of the outstanding amount before we will accept any new orders from them.
  • All express work require a full payment before we proceed.

By confirming your acceptance of these terms, you acknowledge and agree to this payment policy.

Please note* We charge an express fee of N$200 for research comments work needed within 2 days. We also charge N$200 express fee for proposals need within 5 days and research projects needed within 13 days.

3. Revision Policy

We offer free revisions for supervisor comments, provided that:
✔️ The comments do not require a change in the structure of the document.
✔️ The comments do not involve a change in the title or topic of the document.
✔️ The comments do not require drafting a new proposal.
✔️ The comments are received within 120 days (4 months) of our initial delivery.

✔️ If the client edits or alters the delivered work independently, this will void any warranty and we will not provide free editing or revisions thereafter.

3.1 Additional Charges for Revisions

⛔ Comments from internal and external examiners are not considered supervisor comments and will be charged as new work.
⛔ Any revisions that require restructuring, title/topic changes, or the drafting of a new proposal will be treated as a new assignment and subject to additional charges.
⛔ If a client modifies the document on their own before submitting it to their supervisor, any subsequent comments received will be charged as new work.

4. Final Document Delivery

  • Once payment has been received, the completed document(s) will be sent to you.
  • You are responsible for reviewing the document(s) and informing us of any necessary revisions within the allowed timeframe.
  • We encourage you to carefully check the work and notify us of any concerns as soon as possible.

5. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Work

  • We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or discontinue work on any document at any given time for reasons we deem appropriate.
  • We are under no obligation to continue working with a client if we determine that it is not in our best interest.
  • Any incomplete or unpaid work may be terminated at our discretion without further obligation.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change at our discretion, and any updates will be communicated accordingly.
